How much does a hair salon website cost? Prices guide

A salon website costs from €150 to €700. The lower figure is a one-page presentation. The upper is a full site with gallery and Google profile. That is how the market prices them (Sep 2026). A calendar costs extra. Platforms take up to 30% per appointment. The exact figure depends on how clients book.

General prices for all industries are in our separate guide. Here we go deeper. What exactly does a hair salon pay for? Where do the differences hide?

What must a salon website contain?

A salon site needs four things. Services with prices, a work gallery and a booking button. Plus a map with working hours. Without prices the visitor assumes the worst. Without a gallery they see no quality. Without booking they call competitors. While you are busy, the site works instead of you.

The price list needs no exact figures. "Haircut — from 1,500 dinars" as a frame is enough. A client who sees no number imagines the priciest option. The gallery works like a shop window. Before-and-after photos, by category. Shoot them in daylight. The phone must be a tap-to-call link. Not text to copy. Map and hours close the "where and when" question.

Many clients arrive from Instagram. They see the style of work there. They come to the site to check prices. Instagram sells the impression, the site closes the decision. So the profile link leads to the site.

How much do packages cost?

A one-page site with price list starts at €150. Booking goes through messages. A multi-page site starts at €350. It brings gallery, team and map. The full Google-profile package starts at €700. It brings local visibility. That is how the market prices them (Sep 2026).

Package What you get Price Deadline
One-page Services, price list, message booking from €150 5–7 days
Multi-page All above plus gallery, team and map from €350 10–14 days
Full All above plus Google profile and visibility from €700 priority

Another local source lists dinar ranges. Basic package 30,000–50,000. Standard 50,000–90,000. Premium 90,000–150,000 (May 2026). The order of magnitude matches. The difference is the calendar. A real online calendar always costs extra. Its price is 15,000–45,000 dinars. So always read "from €150" with the question of what is inside.

The deadline is the second signal of seriousness. Five to seven days for a one-page site. Longer than a month with no reason is a red flag.

Calendar, messages or SrediMe — what pays off?

A WhatsApp button costs nothing. A Viber button too. But appointments arrive while you work with scissors. An online calendar costs once. Its price is 15,000–45,000 dinars. SrediMe charges 0–30% per booking. That is in the platform's official pricelist (Sep 2026). The best solution depends on chair count.

SrediMe plan Monthly Commission For whom
Solo 0 RSD 0% One person
Basic 1,999 RSD + VAT 0% Team, no commission
Standard 0 RSD 15% + VAT Who wants their clients
Neon 0 RSD 30% first booking only Who builds a regular base

A solo master gets by with messages. Or the free Solo plan. A team benefits from a fixed 1,999 dinars. Monthly, no commission. That is less than one haircut. Standard and Neon make sense on one condition. The platform must truly bring new people. See what a salon site with booking looks like. Compare it with these models.

How much does everything around the site cost yearly?

A .rs domain costs around 2,280 dinars. Yearly (local registries, Sep 2026). Hosting for a small site runs 3,000–12,000 dinars. Yearly (local pricelists, May 2026). Maintenance ranges 5,000–15,000 dinars. Monthly (same cross-section). The first year means development plus fixed costs. Around 5,000–15,000 dinars. Without maintenance the risk grows every month.

The domain must be in your name. That is ownership, not cost. Never accept the opposite. No agency may hold the domain under its name. Maintenance covers three things. Updates, backup and small changes. Ask what exactly is included before signing. A quote without these items is not cheaper. Just incomplete.

The site is worth how many haircuts?

A women's haircut costs 3,300–5,500 dinars. Men's costs 2,700–5,000. That is what city salon pricelists show (Sep 2026). A €350 site equals around ten women's haircuts. One new monthly client returns the investment. Provided they stay a year. This is arithmetic, not a promise.

A client returns regularly. Every six to eight weeks. Six yearly appointments at 3,500 dinars. That gives 21,000 dinars per client. Two such clients a year pay for the full site. So the price is not measured in euros. It is measured in chairs it fills.

How to choose a developer?

Ask for three things. Salons in references, an itemised price and a deadline in days. Who shows no salon work learns on your money. Who gives no deadline has none. "By agreement" with no figure is not a quote. It is an invitation to guess.

Ask five questions before signing. Is the domain in my name? What does monthly maintenance cost? Who writes texts and edits photos? What does a change cost after launch? On which date does the site go live? Answers to these questions are worth more than a discount.

A good sign is a concrete date. A bad sign is phrases with no deadlines. "We will be in touch soon" is not a deadline. Ask for a day and a month.

Do the first step tomorrow. Write services with frame prices. Photograph ten works with your phone. That is eighty percent of a site's content. Then ask for an itemised quote. Our pricelist shows what an honest quote looks like. Through contact you get a free estimate for your salon.
