What we do
We build websites and web apps in the packages published in our pricing: Start, Business and Custom, plus WordPress on request and maintenance. Every cooperation starts with a free proposal — obligations begin only with your written confirmation of the quote.
Quote and payment
The quoted price is fixed and never changes mid-way. Standard payment is 50% upfront and 50% on delivery; Business and larger projects can go in 3 interest-free installments. You pay the rest only after seeing the preview of the finished site on your own phone.
Deadlines
Start package 7 days, Business 14 days from receiving all materials (logo if any, photos, price list, texts). The most common cause of delays is late materials — which is why we accept phone photos too. We notify in advance about delays on our side.
Ownership
The domain is always registered in your name. After the final payment, all rights to the design, texts and code made for you transfer to you. Content you provided (photos, texts, logo) stays yours before and after.
Maintenance
Monthly maintenance (Care) is optional, cancellable anytime with no notice period, and the site and domain stay yours after cancellation. Without maintenance, later edits are billed hourly.
Liability and termination
The speed guarantee (Lighthouse 90+ on mobile) and 30 days of free bug fixes apply from launch. We are not liable for damages from content you provided, nor for outages at third-party providers (hosting, domain, Google). Either side may terminate in writing — only the completed part of the work is paid.
Governing law
[TODO before launch: enter country and competent court.] Relations are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia, and disputes are resolved by the competent court.
