Your data, our responsibility.

Who we are
The data controller is Adria Web Lab (contact: [email protected]). For any privacy question write to us — we reply within 30 days.
What we collect and why
Contact details you give us yourself (name and phone number) — used only to call you back about your inquiry. The message is sent via WhatsApp that you open yourself by clicking; we do not store it on any server.
Technical data strictly needed for the site to work (chosen language, theme) — kept only in your browser.
Anonymous visit statistics (GoatCounter) — counts visits with no cookies and no personal tracking, so no consent is needed.
Cookies
Strictly necessary (always on): remembering language and theme. The site cannot function without them and no consent is needed for them.
Cookieless analytics (GoatCounter): stores nothing in your browser and needs no consent.
The consent system is currently off — there are no cookies asking for it. If it returns, your choice lasts 12 months.
How long we keep data
We keep inquiries for the duration of our communication, at most 12 months.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, restrict processing, data portability and objection — as well as the right to withdraw consent at any time without consequences. Just write to [email protected].
If you believe we violated your rights, you can complain to your data protection authority.
Third parties
GoatCounter — anonymous visit counting only, no cookies. WhatsApp/Meta — only when you contact them yourself by clicking. We never sell or share data with third parties for other purposes.
