Without off-server backup there is nowhere to return to. Without change hours every edit arrives as a new bill. This is a checklist, not a wish.
Ask about backup first. How far back does it reach? Daily or weekly? Who restores it when needed? Ask about updates second. Do they run automatically or by hand? Who answers if an update breaks the site? Ask about reaction time third. Today, tomorrow or "when we get to it"? Answers separate a package from paper subscription.

Cheaper levels lack off-server backup. They lack contracted hours too. That never stands in big letters. So two €50 packages are not the same package. One is monitoring, the other half of maintenance.

Add three items. A .rs domain costs 2,500 dinars yearly. That is what local pricelists show (2026). Hosting starts at 5,490 dinars yearly. With panel, certificate and daily backup (same cross-section, 2026). Add maintenance times twelve. Then you see the real price.
Take the basic scenario. Domain 2,500 plus hosting 5,490 plus €30 monthly monitoring. Yearly around 50,000 dinars. Take the agency scenario. Same plus €150 monthly maintenance. Yearly around 220,000 dinars. The difference is off-server backup. Change hours and reaction deadline. Everyone pays for what they need. Nobody should pay blind.
Why does WordPress need more attention?
WordPress means core, theme and plugins. Vulnerabilities arrive almost exclusively through plugins. New 2024 vulnerabilities go to plugins. As many as 96% of them, 4% to themes. Among already hacked sites, 39.1% of systems were outdated at attack time. A vulnerable plugin or theme stood on 14% of sites. Every second hacked site carried a hidden backdoor. A fifth got planted SEO spam (Sucuri report, sample near 40,000 cleanups). These are not infection rates of all sites. This is the picture of those that fell. The lesson stays: regular updates are no luxury.

Without maintenance a site stands until it falls. Updates wait, no backup exists, nobody watches. The first symptom is usually slowness. The second a search warning. The third a locked admin account. Recovery then costs multiples of a prevention month. Plus days without a site during cleanup.
